The Traditional Mass community in the greater Portland area is located at St. Birgitta Church, which is a parish of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Portland in Oregon.
The Parish has the permission of the archbishop for the use of St. Birgitta Catholic Church as the location within his Diocese to provide the Mass and all Sacraments according to the Extraordinary Form of the Roman Rite to any who so desire them.
Our Traditional Mass community has been an integral part of the parish of St. Birgitta for many years. We welcome anyone who wishs to experience the Liturgy in the Latin usus antiquior of the Roman Rite, in accordance with the Missal of Blessed John XXIII published in 1962, as expressed in the Motu Proprio: Summorum Pontificum of His Holiness Pope Benedict XVI.
